Dataset

The dataset includes raw / processed data on the removal of organic micropollutants (OMPs) and other contaminants in excel format. The dataset also contains the raw data on qPCR and 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing analysis. The completed 16S rRNA amplicon sequencing data have been uploaded to BioProject PRJEB48767 repository.
