Dataset
This dataset contains data collected during experiments at Delft University of Technology, as a chapter 2 of the dissertation written by Ewald Jongkind and the corresponding publication. The aim of this work was to produce chiral amines by using two enzymes in a one-pot cascade: the Old Yellow Enzyme (OYE) and Amine Dehydrogenase (AmDH). Dataset includes protein purification gels images, calculated enzyme concentrations, calculated conversions by the enzymes and enzymatic activities in Excel.
