These 1) online appendices and 2) research data serve as supplementary materials for the dissertation titled “Designing and Evaluating Control Mechanisms for Sovereign Data Sharing through a Meta-Platform for Data Marketplaces.”

The online appendices include:

  • Online Appendix 1: Literature List – The analyzed literature for reviewing control mechanisms to enhance data sovereignty in Chapter 6.
  • Online Appendix 2: Prototype Evaluation - Details on the evaluation process of the prototype in Chapter 7.
  • Online Appendix 3: Prototype Interfaces – The full prototype interfaces developed for Chapter 7.
  • Online Appendix 4: Data Sovereignty Measurement Model - Methodology and statistical analyses for creating a data sovereignty measurement model in Chapter 8.
  • Online Appendix 5: Controlled Experiment - Explanation of prototype manipulations used in the controlled experiments in Chapter 8.

The research data contains raw datasets (anonymized survey data) for conducting experiments (Chapter 8) and structural equation modeling (Chapter 9).
