Dataset

The objective of this experiment was to verify the viability of the proposed interface using a human interface study.

The experiment consists of presenting the subjects with 2 side views of a 3D ellipsoid configuration which are the target shapes to which the participant has to match the controlled reference shape to be within 5% of the window resolution for accuracy.

The participants were tasked to first set the orientation and then the shape.

*Due to a problem during the experiment in the 3rd block, the data from Participant 18 didn't have value for the MSc thesis, but it is still included here.
