Dataset
This dataset accompanies the article "Predicting potato plant vigor from the seed tuber properties", it contains data collected in field experiments and lab measurements over the course of three years. Drone images of the field experiments are available, as well as the extracted canopy measurements. For the seed potatoes we provide the following data: untargeted metabolomic measurements, FTIR spectra, XRF data, and measurements obtained from Hyper-Spectral images for pith and cortex.
