A set of environmental variables, measured 40x a year fror the period 2010-2014 including: Sea surface temperature, chlorophyll-a (from hplc), salinity, vertical light attenuation coefficient (from Secchi),
dissolved silicate, dissolved phosphate, ammonium, nitrate, nitrate and daily sum of irradiance. For the period 2012-2014 approximately 40x per year water samples were incubated under different light intensities using 14C. Data from these incubations were used to fit production-light curves using the model by Jassby & Platt (1976). Data include an estimate +/ st error for the parameters alpha, pmax and ek, and an estimated daily production in mg. |
