Python files

  BNN models are to generate scenarios;
    - BNN_Build_MCdroput.py: MC dropout BNN model generation for hyperparameter optimization and scenarion generation
    - BNN_hyper_TPE.py: Hyperparameter optimization using the TPE algorithm
    - Scenario_Generation.py: Senario generation by a MC dropout BNN model

  Scenarion reduction is conducted by four distance measures.
    - Scenario_Reduction.py: by Wasserstein, energy, euclidian, and manhattan distances
