***Purpose of the test campaign***
The purpose of these experiments was to search and characterize RedAms from a database from our collaborators.
The data in this dataset was collected in the Biocatalysis Laboratory of the Delft University of Technology - Faculty of Applied Sciences, between September 2019 and September 2024.

**Test equipment***
Test equipment information could be found in the supplementary information attached in this dataset.
***Description of the data in this data set***

Corresponding methods and conditions could be found in the draft supporting information of the chapter.

Document(s):
2024-08-02 Jongkind et al. ESI
Ch6E01 SDS-PAGE: determined protein purifications and expression in E.coli. for context see supporting information
Ch6E02 activity assays: measured by UV-VIS, either studies in different reaction conditions or stability studies were done
Ch6E03 kinetics data: determined by UV-VIS, all enzymes either with NADH or NADPH as cofactor
Ch6E04 conversions: measured by GC-FID, calculations in Excel of conversions, ee and de values
Ch6E05 NMR spectra: data of synthesized products from scale-up reactions

StroRedAm, PauRedAm and StrepRedAm are labelled in raw data often as RedAm 1, 2 and 3 respectively
