Description:
This dataset is the supplementary material of Tasseron et al., (2024): 'Defining Plastic Pollution Hotspots' [Submitted to a scientific journal for review]. This dataset contains counts of floating litter within the city center borough of Amsterdam. Floating items were visually identified and counted from quaywalls on August 23rd, and subsequently categorized using the River-OSPAR categorization. The dataset can be used to get a snapshot of plastic hotspot locations within the city center of Amsterdam.
