The file 'gia.txt' contains the Antarctic mass changes in mm/yr ewh (equivalent water height) due to Glacial Isostatic Adjustment (GIA) empirically estimated for the time period from February 2003 to October 2009 at the 0.05-degree Gauss-Neumann grid over the Antarctic Ice Sheet including 400 km offshore.
The format of 'gia.txt' is Longitude, Latitude, GIA (mm/yr ewh), GIA Uncertainty (mm/yr ewh).

The file 'ice_mass_changes.txt' contains the derived ice mass changes (IMC) in mm/yr ewh (equivalent water height) estimated for the time period from February 2003 to October 2009 over the Antarctic Ice Sheet at the 0.05-degree Gauss-Neumann grid.
The format of 'ice_mass_changes.txt' is Longitude, Latitude, IMC (mm/yr ewh), IMC Uncertainty (mm/yr ewh).

The data is resampled here to the 20 km grid in order to reduce the size of the files.
