N2 - <p>Dataset created during BSc thesis work of Mees Rapp and Pepa van de Wouw. A 3-weekly bathymetry survey on Lake Weija (Accra, Ghana) has been performed using a CHIRPS2+ fish finder sonar device and Ardusimple ZED-F9P RTK set up. GIS analyses methods have been used to study the quality of resulting interpolated bathymetric maps as a function of the sampling density. The methods have been consolidated in a manual.</p>
