List of files and description:
- ODL characterization: Contains calibration data for the optical delay line used in the pump–probe setup. This file includes measurements of the pulse width, delay accuracy, and stability assessments (calibration curves and repeatability tests) that verify the temporal precision required for femtosecond-scale experiments.
- ODL photobleaching: Includes experiments assessing photobleaching effects under repeated ODL excitation. Data here track the fluorescence decay over time under continuous ultrafast illumination, providing insights into the photostability of the QuasAr6a protein during prolonged exposure.
- ODL autocorrelation: Contains autocorrelation measurements of the ultrafast laser pulses delivered by the ODL. It comprises interferometric autocorrelation traces and derived pulse duration metrics, ensuring that the pulses meet the temporal resolution needed to probe the ultrafast dynamics.
- ODL ultrafast experiments: Encompasses the primary pump–probe datasets obtained with the optical delay line. It includes time-resolved fluorescence signals and analyses of non-linear responses in QuasAr6a, capturing the dynamics of the protein’s photocycle as a function of varying pulse delays.
