Datasets for the publication "Unjamming transitions in cancer cell spheroids are linked to EMT-dependent cell-matrix interactions", to be submitted.
Datasets include the raw tif files of 3D spheroid invasion assays of A549 and MV3 spheroids embedded in collagen (2.4 and 8 mg/mL) and gelMA (30 and 50 mg/mL). This include time-series bright-field imaging for 24 hrs (MV3) and 72 hrs (A549) at one hour interval. The spheroids were treated with exogenous TGF-β and broad spectrum MMP-inhibitor and imaged under same conditions.
Datasets include MATLAB/.m codes to analyze the spheroid images for effective spheroid radius, number of disseminated cells, rate of invasion and protrusion length. Additionally, MATLAB codes/.m to plot figures are also included within each respective condition. Raw data for supplementary data is also provided as images, excel files and MATLAB scripts.
