N2 -

After injection of a magnetic tracer (Sienna+®,
Endomagnetics ltd. UK),
Sentimag® (Endomagnetics ltd.
UK) is used as a magnetic handheld device to detect first draining lymph
node(s) from from a primary tumor, referred to as sentinel lymph node. This
dataset represents a look-up table (LUT) for Sentimag handheld probe, based
upon Sienna+® samples. This LUT can be used to assess the amount of iron in
dissected SLNs based tupon the magnetic readout (counts) Sentimag®.

The LUT was defined by acquiring six repeated magnetic
measurements for ten 35µL Sienna+® samples
with iron amount varying 1 – 504 µg (1.12µg, 5.04µg, 10.08µg, 28µg, 50.4µg, 100.8µg, 140µg, 280µg, 420µg and 504µg). A first order polynomial-fit
is used to interpolate the relation between counts and iron content (in-house
developed software using Matlab environment, R2020a, Mathworks, Inc., Natick,
MA). The first column (A) of the data represents the iron content (µg), the
corresponding counts for setting 1, 2 and 3 can be are found in the following
columns respectively, B, C and D.
