N2 - <p>The objective of the research is to understand the effect of particle size, and substrate properties on the assembled order of dry powder using a solvent-free rubbing method. As such, optical microscopy images were taken, which are subsequently analysed using Matlab. Our data includes the raw optical microscope images, the MATLAB codes to analyze these images. The output of the particle detection is also included. A README file is also shared to clarify our data structure.</p>
