%X <p>The ColorIce tool contains MATLAB scripts which accept a sequence of photographs of an ice thin section rotated between crossed-polarizers and 1) registers the images, 2) segments the grain boundaries, and 3) identifies the c-axis orientation of each grain in the images.</p>
