%X <p>We grew the diploid potato population 18SC11, which is fixed for StCDF1.1 but segregates for Sli, for two years on the field. We assessed aboveground growth, tuberization, senescence and berry and seed set. The population was genotyped with XT Infinium BeadChip containing 6025  potato SNPs, and QTL analysis were performed. This supplementary data includes the genotypic data of the population as well as a list of all QTL that were identified.</p>
