The study titled "Transcripts of Interview of Participants for Qualitative Inquiry on Examining Internet-Delivered Mindfulness-Based Art Therapy for Reducing Stress among Distance Learning Students" aims to explore the qualitative experiences of distance learning students before and after they undergo Mindfulness-Based Art Therapy (MBAT). The research objective is to understand the students' experiences with stress prior to the treatment and any changes in their stress levels and mental health post-treatment. The phenomenological method is used to collect qualitative data, focusing on the students' lived experiences to provide insights into the effectiveness and impact of MBAT on their stress and overall well-being.
