This dataset supports a book chapter in a peer-reviewed Routledge volume accompanying the ATUT Conference Radical Care for the City 2025. It contains qualitative data from research on the Boschgaard housing project in Den Bosch, the Netherlands. The study examines how circular co-production of housing can empower communities to collectively manage and care for shared resources over time.
