We have studied this with light microscopy, electrophoretic mobility shift assays, micrococcal nuclease assays, DNA topology assays, ligase-mediated circularisation, tethered particle motion (TPM), X-ray crystallography, and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. This dataset contains the raw data of obtained root mean squared displacement (TPM).</p>"
