abstract: "<p>The dataset is a basis for a publication, in preparation to be submitted to a journal. This dataset also serves as a basis for Extraction in nano-layer coated PDMS microfluidics: case study of Ac-225, intended to be a chapter (co-authored) in the dissertation of Albert Santoso and Svenja Trapp. In this dataset, the research objective "Using the AP-ALD-treated PDMS microfluidic chips to explore the use of microfluidic liquid-liquid extraction for the separation of medical radionuclides from their target materials" was addressed. The data were collected using light microscopy for flow profile characterization and various radioactivity measurements (gamma counter, scintillator). The presented data were in the form of origin file containing most of the data (opju) and excel file containing the case studies (xls).</p>"
