Dataset

In the publication associated with this dataset we study the links between changed emergence and plant diversity/cover by using emersion duration maps and vegetation maps of the Dutch Western Scheldt estuary over a period of decades (1993-2016). Using open-source maps of emersion duration, elevation, vegetation, and ecotopes from Rijkswaterstaat, we preprocessed the data in Google Earth Engine (GEE) and ArcGIS. The pixel-based or formatted data tables were then exported after integrating all data for further analysis and visualization in R. This dataset contains the processed data and R code used for generating all figures in the article. We also list original data sources in the descriptive files.
