CIRRUS-HL campaign data - Data accompanying dissertation
doi: 10.4121/f3be3819-cf24-44ea-97a9-27dcc9f53585
This dataset contains data from the airborne campaign CIRRUS-HL performed in June and July 2021 onboard the German research aircraft HALO.
The data is mainly in situ measurements of cloud particle data collected with the Cloud Combination Probe (Cluod Droplet Probe and Cloud Imaging Probe) and the Precipitation Imaging Probe.
The dataset also includes basic meteorological parameters measured by the aircraft reference systems, aerosol data from Condensation Particle Counters and
Optical Particle Counters, aerosol model data simulated with the EMAC-MADE3 model for the CIRRUS-HL campaign period, and information from backward trajectories.
The authors of these additional data are different from the author of the dissertation, this information is specified in the corresponding README.
This data was collected and analysed for the realization of the dissertation "Microphysical properties and interplay of natural cirrus, contrail cirrus
and aerosol at different latitudes" by Elena De La Torre Castro. Please, contact the author for any questions.
