This
study evaluates the effect of Supply Chain Management Practices (SCMP) on the
performance of manufacturing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Greater
Accra region of Ghana using Supply Chain
Performance (SCP) as mediator. Various
SCMP and performance metrics were identified through review of credible
literature after which questionnaire was used to elicit data from 28
participants for pilot study. Data was analyzed using Partial Least Square
(PLS) based Structural Equation Modelling (SEM)
