This dataset consists of 3 files with gridded data of the winterhardiness for the period 1991-2020.

1. EU_WHZ.nc: contains winter hardiness classes gridded over Europe at a 0.1x0.1 degree grid
2. NL_WHZ.nc: contains winter hardiness classes gridded over The Netherlands at a 0.1x0.1 degree grid, excluding local climate zone information
3. NL_WHZ_100m.nc: contains winter hardiness classes gridded over The Netherlands at a 0.1x0.1 degree grid, including local climate zone information
