Dataset

This is the Matlab code designed for simultaneously correcting the inflow and partial volume effects (PVE) for arterial input function (AIF) measurement in dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI. It includes a demo with an measured AIF contaminated with both inflow and PVE. With the designed functions, the contamination could be removed and an ideal AIF could be reconstructed.
