This dataset includes the annonymised transcript of 11 interviews with sustainability experts at Delft University of Technology, in the Netherlands; as well as an Atlas.ti project corresponding to the analysis of policy documents from the European to local level in relation to circular built environment. The document analysis include 12 documents, from which only 8 are available in the dataset as 4 of them are internal policy documents at the university level. The 4 missing documents can be accessed from the corresponding author upon reasonable request. Finally, the letter of approval from the Human Resources Ethical Committee from Delft University of Technology is also attached. The related paper is under revision.
