In this repository we present the code and/or necessary data to reproduce the results of the study: "Turbulent Exchange of CO2 in the Lower Tropical Troposphere Across Clear-to-Cloudy Conditions". Additional data on the campaign can be requested via https://www.cloudroots.wur.nl. A dedicated data paper with the required data is currently being developed and can be accessed at a later stage through this website.
