Dataset

The research objective was studying the DNA binding properties of the Rok and sRok proteins. We've studied this with tethered particle motion (TPM), bridging assay (BA) and microscale thermophoresis (MST). This dataset contains the raw data of obtained root mean squared displacement (TPM), DNA recovery (BA) and observed fluorescent responses (MST).
