Dataset

The objective of the research is to determine how physico-chemical conditions, particulary Mg2+, affect the archaeal hypernucleosome. This was investigated through the use of tethered particle motion (TPM) and magnetic tweezers (MT). This dataset contains raw data from TPM and MT experiments.
