Here, the scripts and data for the article "A Statistical Analysis of Fluid Interface Fluctuations: Exploring the Role of Viscosity Ratio" in Entropy are provided.

In this work, the dependency of interface fluctuations depending on the viscosity ratio between the two immiscible phases is investigated experimentally. Three time series of 3D images of coinjected flow through a porous carbonate are analyzed, which where acquired at the TOMCAT beamline of the Swiss Light Source. This repository provides the python scripts used for segmentation of the data, analysis of the ganglia size distributions, occupation analysis and pore network labeling. Additionally, the extracted data concerning the temporal evolution of the local occupation is provided, as well as the scripts to generate the published figures.
