The dataset contains Sentinel-2 imagery of the Westerschelde estuary, the Netherlands, from the period 2016-2019. In addition, R scripts are included to perform variogram analyses on the NDVI (used as indicator for MPB biomass) retrieved from the Sentinel imagery on intertidal flats. Variogram values used to produce the figures in Daggers et al. (2020) are included as well.
