This archived dataset contains the raw data (.csv, .txt., .jpg, .png) and scripts (.r) used to produce each figure and statistical result that appears in the manuscript.
The contents are organized by figure (Figures 1 - 7, S1 - S9).
Each folder contains:
One or more datasets (.csv) used to create the figure
An R Script (.r) that produces the figure, using the dataset
The figure itself (.jpg or .png)
