Dataset

Nanomechanical laser interferometry data collected between 09-2020 and 08-2024 and presented in the PhD thesis of Maurits Houmes.

The data consists of frequency responses measured on nanomechanical drums of 2D materials (FePS3, NiPS3, CoPS3, CrPS4) and heterostructures (FePS3 / Graphene) as well as atomic force microscopy scans of several samples. The data is grouped by material.
