This datasets contains simulations of water balances of 3236 reservoir worldwide for the period 1967-2023. The model outputs contain long-term daily simulations of

reservoir volume, inflow and outflow dynamics, as well as information on forcing. They hydrological model was forced with 2 different precipitation products (ERA5 and MSWEP v2.8).
