Dataset

This archive contains cortisol quantification data related to the fish friendliness field tests conducted within WP4 and reported in Deliverable 4.4 of ALPHEUS.

Cortisol concentration was quantified in blood and serum over two seasonal replications in two fish species, rainbow trout O. mykiss (RT) and European eel A. anguilla (EE), and correlated to flow conditions (test groups - TG) and minutes elapsed from end of operations to sampling (mins).

The two "cortisol-data-master" files contain the species, test group, replicate number, sample name, biological matrix, raw spectrophotometric absorbance, cortisol concentration, minutes elapsed from end of operations, the assay date and the corresponding excel datafile where raw and blank-corrected spectrophotometric data as well as data elaboration are included.
