Dataset

Data accompanying the thesis Designed scattering by composite nanostructures.

The files are separated according to the thesis chapters.

Chapter 3: Directional scattering by nanostructures

This chapter includes COMSOL files (extension .mph) which were used to calculate scattering characteristic of different geometries.

MATLAB scripts (extension .m) are also included for the generation of figures based on Mie theory.

Chapter 5: Measurements of scattering composite nanoparticles

This chapter includes raw measurement data of measured single nanoparticles and gratings. Measurements are organized through sample ID and measurement date.

Measurement data is saved in .txt files and MATLAB code is included for processing the measurement data.

A record of samples and fabrication steps is also included.
