Dataset

Data from stochastic simulations underlying Figure 3B and Supplementary Figures S20–S27. Each CSV contains time-series outputs of number of ligands bound for a specific parameter combination; filenames encode the settings (receptor probability, ligand density, clustering/membrane variants, and baseline vs. main run). The figures can be reproduced by running reproduce_fig3b_s20_to_s27.R on these files.
