Dataset

The data consist of the interview questions, codes and themes. The research objectives are as follows: 1. establish the challenges encountered by multinationals in the telecommunications industry in Ghana regarding, demographic, socio-cognitive and organizational diversity in relation to the socio-cultural, political and economic environment. 2. establish the convergence and divergence in diversity management in the multinationals in the telecommunications industry within the socio-cultural, political and economic environment in Ghana. 3. ascertain the current situation regarding the management of diversity and inclusion of the multinational companies in the telecommunications industry in Ghana. 4. investigate the strategies in place to mitigate the challenges and suggest appropriate measures as remedy. 5. unearth the similarities and differences between the multinational companies in the telecommunications industry in Ghana, regarding the challenges in diversity management and how it compares to global practice. The research is exploratory (qualitative) in nature and employed interviews and focus group discussion as data collection instrument.
