Dataset

This dataset describes how the structure reacts to (forced) incoming regular waves by using potential flow theory. The 2D simulation was run in FEM using Gridap. The project led by Youri van Noort about "Numerical solver for added mass and damping coefficients for a 2D horizontal cylinder based on potential flow theory" was part of the CIEM1301 Advanced Computational Mechanics course of 2024 at TU Delft.
