This dataset supports the study of "A two-dimensional 10-qubit array in germanium with robust and localised qubit control". The research explores the parameter space of gate voltages and quantum dot occupancies to enhance electric-dipole spin resonance (EDSR) for robust and local qubit control. Data were collected using charge sensing with a single-hole transistor (SHT) via reflectometry. The dataset includes raw HDF5 files containing experimental settings snapshots, alongside post-processed CSV files, enabling detailed analysis and replication of findings. In addition, this data repository contains all analysis scripts creating the processed CSV files and plotting scripts.
