This dataset contains data collected during testing of hydrogels based on natural polymers, as part of the research project "Gelatin-alginate hydrogels for hard-to-heal wounds". The purpose of these experiments was to determine the structure of cross-linked and non-cross-linked films based on natural polymers (gelatin, sodium alginate) by IR spectroscopy. Fourier transform IR (FTIR) spectra of the raw material and films were obtained on a Brucker FT-IR spectrometer Vertex 70V using the OPUS software, measurements were made in the range of wave numbers from 4000 cm-1 to 400 cm-1 in the mode reflection (ATR), resolution 2 cm-1, number of scans - 256.
