Interoperability
The research objective was to study how histone HLp from Leptospira perolatii binds and structures DNA. We have studied this with light microscopy, electrophoretic mobility shift assays, micrococcal nuclease assays, DNA topology assays, ligase-mediated circularisation, tethered particle motion (TPM), X-ray crystallography, and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations. This dataset contains the raw data of obtained root mean squared displacement (TPM).
