Dataset

Supplementary data belonging to "MoGAAAP: A modular Snakemake workflow for automated genome assembly and annotation with quality assessment". For demonstrating the applicability of the MoGAAAP workflow to different eukaryotic species, we ran it for L. serriola, A. thaliana, grapevine and human example datasets. For reproducibility, we provide a README with the details on the input files of the pipeline runs and the HTML reports that were produced by the pipeline.
