Repository for manuscript: Revealing Hidden Leachate Dynamics in a Coupled Travel-Time Landfill Model Using a Particle Filter–Markov Chain Monte Carlo Approach. It includes the input and measurement data (rainfall, EV, outflow, concentration), the model scripts in folder landfillmodules, and the data assimilation scripts in folder BB11Z_noexchange.

To use the script, you need to run the code following the description in the manuscript (We use a_* to generate synthetic truth, b_* to generate initial particles, and c_* to run data assimilation experiments. The current zip file already includes all the generated model output files. You can find them in subfolders like plots and plots_real.
