Dataset

This dataset is the supplementary material of Tasseron et al., (2024): "Riverbank Plastic Distributions and how to sample them" [Submitted to a scientific journal for review]. The dataset contains three main folders. The first folder 'MATLAB data' contains all data files [.mat], [.xlsx], and[.csv] required for the analyses performed on the eight riverbanks central in the paper. The second folder 'MATLAB scripts' contains the master script of all analyses [Matlab_master_script.m], the file to calculate Moran's I [MoransI_calculation.m], and a folder with all associated files to plot violin plots in Matlab [Violinplot-Matlab-master]. The third folder 'River-OSPAR datasheets' contains the datasheet used for measurements in the field [Field_sheet_OSPAR_measurement.pdf] and an overview of the riverbank layout [Riverbank_layout.pdf].
