Dataset
This zip archive contains several folders with the data of the specific measurements (si (bare silicon), sio2 (in etched well)) and a MATLAB script SNR to run all data. If you add all folders and subfolders to the path and run the script in MATLAB, boxplots and histograms will be plotted.
