This file contains a representative selection of the raw time traces used in the manuscript titled "Singlet-doublet transitions of a quantum dot Josephson junction revealed in a transmon circuit". Specifically, it contains the raw data used to generate figure 7 of the main text. The raw data of the supplementary figures relating to time traces would take up another 500+ GB. This data is available upon request.
