Description
human complement component C3 synthetic cryo-EM micrographs and atomic structure models. 200000 particles in 800 .mrc micrographs and 2000 .pdb models. Atomic models derived from steered molecular dynamics simulation performed in openMM using starting and target structures from a morphing trajectory between models with PDB id 2a73 and 2i07 respectively.
