Dataset

This repository contains datasets, analysis codes and simulations used in Chapter 2 and 8 of the manuscript of the PhD dissertation "Interacting and hopping spin qubits in germanium" by C.-A. Wang as first submitted in September 2024. The datasets in other chapters can be found in the corresponding publications. This dissertation is about background information, experimental and theoretical results of spin-qubit in gate-defined germanium quantum dots. The experimental data is collected by thresholding the averaged voltage signals at the input ports of the digitizers Keysight M3102A. More details regarding research objective and method of data collection are described in the dissertation which will be public soon. The type of dataset are in the formats of .hdf5, .dat, .pickle, and .json. They can be opened to replot the figures by the provided python scripts in the python environment with several packages installed. More details about the required python packages are in the README files.
